Protein Pancakes

1 Banana
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 scoop of  vanilla protein powder
Pam cooking spray

Mash the banana in a bowl. Mix the egg and the egg white.
Combine all ingredients in to bowl and mix well. Mixture will
be runny and have some clumps.
Spray skillet with Pam and add a small amount of the pancake
mixture, Cook on med heat.

Sauted Veggies with Balsamic Chicken

1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
3 pieces of fresh garlic cloves
Half of an onion diced
One pound of chicken
1 cup of Balsamic vinaigrette
Olive oil

Peel and chop up the garlic cloves
place in skillet or wok with some olive oil
Chop the veggies and place then in with the garlic

Boil the chicken. Once the chicken is done add
the 1 cup of Balsamic vinaigrette. Keep on low heat.

Once you have the veggies to your liking's add the chicken.
Stir. Then serve and enjoy.

Spaghetti Squash with veggies

Spaghetti squash
yellow squash
onion
zucchini
your choice of spice's
 mushroom
Spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Take a spaghetti squash and rub olive oil all over it. Then sprinkle your preferred spices all over it. Place the spaghetti squash in the microwave for 5 min intervals until it is soft. Once the spaghetti squash is soft cut it in half and shred the inside with a fork. Saute all your veggies in a separate pan with prefer spices and some olive oil. Once the veggies are to your desired tenderness mix with the spaghetti squash. Then add spaghetti sauce and cheese. Then enjoy

Eggplant Parmesan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Slice the eggplant into 1/4 inch slices. 
In a casserole dish spread spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom
Place a layer of eggplant slices in the sauce
Then add a layer of mozzarella cheese
Continue to layer until all  the eggplant slices are gone. 
Top off with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and some basil.
Place in oven and bake in preheated oven for 35
minutes, or until golden brown.

Recipe's

I really hope y'all are enjoying all my recipe's. 
I will continue adding more. If you follow my

Shredded Crockpot Chicken

Shredded Crockpot Chicken

One pound of chicken
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder
10 cut Pepperoncini peppers
Let cook till the chicken can be shredded then
Add 5 or 6 potatoes cut into chunks (or any veggie)
Let cook for 3 ½ hours then add a chopped onion.

When close to finished add 4 oz of cream cheese. Once melted stir
and then serve.


Southwest Soup

Southwest Soup

Either one pound of ground beef or one pound of boneless chicken breast
1 can of corn
I can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans or black beans
1 small can of tomato sauce
Taco seasoning

Fry the ground beef then mix a pack of taco seasoning in with it
Mix everything in a big soup pan and cook for 30 mins.


For Chicken boil till easily shredded. then shred it then mix everything in a big soup pan add a pack of taco seasoning to it and cook for 30 mins.
