Chia Pudding

I made some really awesome pudding using Chia seeds.

I used a 1/4 cup of chia seeds
2 cups plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
and 1/2 cup of protein shake powder

Mixed it all up and let it chill for about 4 hours
before eating. It was a nice think consistency and made about 3 servings.
